Planning permission

We offer cost effective solutions to assist with your planning permission application.

Our Architectural Technicians can help you as much or as little as you like, from producing professional scale drawings of your existing property and proposed development to completing the entire application on your behalf.

Planning from October: From October this year the planning regulations for some extensions and home improvement works have been relaxed, as long as certain criteria are complied with. We can design your extension to ensure these criteria are met, eliminating the need for planning permission approval. We will then provide detailed scale drawings allowing you to obtain quotations from builders.

We can add building regulation details and calculations to your drawings. You will still need to comply with building regulations, even if full planning permission is not required.

Business services

Artisan provide plans to suit a variety of business applications. These include Land Registry compliant lease plans and plans for property sales, room layouts, fire assessments, Energy Performance Certificates and commercial planning.
