We offer cost effective solutions to assist with your planning permission application.

We can help you as much or as little as you like, from producing professional scale drawings of your existing property and proposed development to completing the entire application on your behalf.

Ordnance Survey Maps

We now offer OS Location Plans (1:1250) and Block Plans (1:500) for the purpose of planning applications and legal documents at competetive prices. Maps can be sent via email or provided in paper copies. Commercial users can be set up as desktop mappers enabling instant access to unlimited maps with custom settings.

Relaxed planning regulations: From October 2008 the planning regulations for some extensions and home improvement works were relaxed, as long as certain criteria are complied with. We can design your extension to ensure these criteria are met, eliminating the need for planning permission approval. We will then provide detailed scale drawings allowing you to obtain quotations from builders.

We can add building regulation details and calculations to your drawings. You will still need to comply with building regulations, even if full planning permission is not required.

Business services

Artisan provide plans to suit a variety of business applications. These include Land Registry compliant lease plans and plans for property sales, room layouts, fire assessments, Energy Performance Certificates and commercial planning.
